| Das Kronland "Gefürstete Grafschaft Görz und Gradisca", welches 1849 geschaffen wurde, verwendete als Landesfarben eine Flagge die zwei horizontale Streifen in Weiß und Rot zeigte. Die Farben stammen vom Wappen Görz, welches unter anderem sechs Streifen in Weiß und Rot zeigte. | The Crown Land

| Zu offiziellen Zwecken wurde in offenbar allen an der Küste gelegenen Kronländern die Marineflagge Österreichs verwendet. Wahrscheinlich musste damit die Zugehörigkeit zur Österreichischen Krone eindeutig dokumentiert werden, um Verwechslungen mit einem fremdländischen Drittstaat auszusschließen. | For official purpose
