Meaning/Origin of the Flag

The flag of the ICAO shows the UN-typical symbolism, the globe and olive twigs and further the stylized wings of the aviation, all in an UN pale-blue bunting. It is azure-blue and is defined as follows: Hex #4B92DB, RGB 75|146|219, CMYK 71|37|0|0, Pantone 279.
