Die heutige Flagge von Nevada wurde in dieser Form am 26.03.1929 eingeführt und am 01.10.1991 in einigen Details modifiziert. Sie zeigt ein einfarbig blaues Grundtuch und in der Oberecke einen fünfzackigen weißen Stern (er repräsentiert des Staat Nevada), umgeben von zwei Salbeizweigen. Unterhalb des Sterns der Name des Landes. Er war bis 1991 um den Stern angeordnet. Oberhalb ein Spruchband mit dem Motto: "Battle born" => "Kampfgeboren". Das ist aber nicht das offzielle Staatsmotto, dieses lautet: "All for Our Country" => "Alles für unser Land".	The current flag of Nevada has been introduced in this form on 26th of March in 1929 and has been modified in some details on 1st of October in 1991. It shows a single-coloured blue bunting and in the upper corner of a five-pointed white star (he represents the state of Nevada), surrounded by two branches of sage. Below the star, the name of the country. He was arranged around the star before 1991. Above a banner with the slogan: "Battle born"'. But that is not the official motto of the state. The state motto is this: "All for Our Country".
Die Flaggen vor 1929 haben ebenfalls ein einfarbiges blaues Grundtuch als Merkmal, und sie zeigten, was sehr auffällig war, 36 Sterne. Ein Hinweis darauf, das Nevada als 36. Staat in die USA aufgenommen wurde (1864).	The flags before 1929 also have single-coloured blue bunting as a feature, and they showed (what was very noticeable) 36 stars. This points out for the fact, that Nevada was admitted to the United States as the 36th state (1864).
